What is The KOKOBASE Price Promise?
We will beat any competitor's price by 10%.
If you can provide proof of a competitor’s current advertised price e.g. a mailer, press ad or screenshot from an eligible competitor retailer, and your original receipt if seeking a refund.

Proof of the competitor's current advertised price is required.
The product must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s store at the time of the price match.
The item needs to be the same (exact), in its original packaging, must be a standard stocked item & from an NZ based retailer. The store Manager has the discretion to apply (in some circumstances) the price promise to similar items e.g. Clothing.
Products lowered in price cannot be combined with any other GB or competitor’s promotion or credit offer, or with any trade terms, direct purchasing from the supplier, limited quantity offers or internet-only retailers.
Customer needs to provide proof of price e.g. competitor mailer, quote press ad or screenshot from an eligible competitor retailer, and an original receipt if seeking a refund.
The claim must be lodged within 14 days of purchase.
For online price matching, the product must have the same barcode, be priced on the same day, same freight and shipping lead times and be from a UK based retailer with a co.uk website only and delivered from within the UK only.
Applies to school lists/packs during Back to School campaign
Exclusions and exceptions include the following:
Excludes gift cards, vouchers and phone cards, daily deals websites, overseas retailers, commercial quantities, stock liquidations, all clearance products, limited quantity offers, store opening deals at either our or the competitor store, direct-from-supplier purchases and parallel imported products. Includes parallel imported fragrances.
For Kmart, our price promise is on similar products at the operator’s discretion. We will always give the customer the benefit to drive our price perception.
All POSvA cards, phone cards, gift cards, stamps
Technology products will be price matched only - mobile phones, printers, TVs, Apple products, computers, tablets, e-readers, gaming machines.
Items promoted on our Red Alert online store will be price matched only at customer request.
To redeem the Price Promise Guarantee in-store, the customer needs to take their proof of price in-store and ask a team member.
